Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with frontend developers, AI engineers, and product teams to design and build scalable web applications and backend services.
- Develop and maintain backend infrastructure supporting web and mobile applications.
- Build and deploy cloud-based applications using AWS services.
- Utilize AWS services to create secure, scalable systems for user and claim data management.
- Design, develop, and maintain APIs, databases, and authentication systems.
- Integrate OpenAI APIs, AI workflows, and automation systems into internal and client-facing applications.
- Manage deployment and maintenance of frontend applications and cloud infrastructure.
- Build systems with a strong focus on security, scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support efficient development workflows.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems and applications.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and contribute ideas that improve our technology stack and development practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong experience with React, Next.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and full-stack web development.
- Proficiency in backend development using technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Experience building and deploying applications on AWS.
- Hands-on experience with OpenAI APIs, AI workflows, and automation systems.
- Experience integrating APIs, databases, authentication systems, and cloud services.
- Experience with AWS services including Lambda, S3, API Gateway, DynamoDB, and related cloud technologies.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and scalable production systems.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, software architecture, and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with CRM systems, workflow automation, or AI agents.
- Experience developing scalable SaaS platforms.
