Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent through effective recruiting channels and HR sourcing techniques.
- Lead employee orientation programs to ensure seamless onboarding experiences that align with organizational values and policies.
- Manage employee evaluation processes, including performance reviews, feedback sessions, and goal setting to promote continuous improvement.
- Oversee benefits administration, ensuring accurate payroll processing, benefits enrollment, and compliance with employment laws such as FMLA and workers' compensation regulations.
- Drive change management initiatives by designing organization structures, facilitating communication, and supporting workforce transitions smoothly.
- Implement HR systems (such as HRIS platforms like Workday or SAP SuccessFactors) for data collection, reporting, and analytics using Excel data analysis skills to inform strategic decisions.
- Foster positive employee relations by managing conflict resolution, promoting a respectful workplace environment, and ensuring adherence to employment & labor law standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in human resources management or HR department leadership with a strong understanding of employment law in talent management.
- Extensive knowledge of human capital management practices including workforce management, succession planning, and affirmative action planning.
- Demonstrated expertise in project management, organization design, training & development programs, and HR legal compliance.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems (such as Oracle HCM or UltiPro), payroll processing tools (Paychex or ADP), ATS platforms (iCIMS or Lever), and data analysis software like Excel.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with OSHA standards, employment & labor law regulations, and experience with social media management for employer branding is preferred.
