- Follow food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness procedures at all times
- Monitor food quality, freshness, and consistency throughout service
- Communicate effectively with team members to support smooth kitchen operations
- Assist with prep work, stocking, and proper storage of ingredients
- Support teammates during high-volume periods and help maintain service pace
- Clean and sanitize work areas, tools, and equipment before, during, and after shifts
- Follow direction from kitchen leadership and adapt to changing priorities as needed
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment preferred
- Basic knowledge of food preparation, kitchen safety, and sanitation practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong teamwork, communication, and time-management skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work with consistency and care
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive kitchen tasks
