F.H. Furr is growing, and we’re looking for motivated, hands-on learners to join our team as HVAC Service Apprentices supporting customers across Northern VA. What You’ll Do
- Partner with experienced HVAC technicians to install, maintain, and repair residential HVAC systems
- Learn to diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues with a focus on quality and efficiency
- Deliver a great customer experience by communicating clearly and professionally in the home
- Identify opportunities to recommend system upgrades, maintenance plans, and additional services
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-first work environment at all times

- Strong mechanical aptitude and a genuine interest in HVAC or skilled trades

- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet driving requirements (must be 21+)
