Miles of Smiles Childcare is searching for a dynamic individual to join our team. Applicants must be Patient, Self-motivated, Reliable and Caring. Applicants must be 18 years of age and will be required to complete the fingerprinting process. An Early Childhood Degree or CDA is preferred but it is not a requirement.
Responsibilities
- Implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the developmental needs of young children.
- Manage classroom activities to create a safe and nurturing learning environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and students to ensure a collaborative educational experience.
- Utilize early childhood education strategies to promote social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
- Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
- Incorporate relevant skills such as literacy education and behavior management into daily activities.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.42 - $21.01 per hour
