This is a great opportunity as Store Associate to make a difference and join the Bauli group in New York in opening the first “Minuto di Bauli” store in the USA. You will have the chance to do this in a structured and flexible context with growth prospects and personalized training courses.
What is Minuto di Bauli?
Minuto di Bauli comes from the Bauli artisanal laboratory and from the ancient pandoro recipe, leavened, baked and filled on the spot with creams, fruit preserves and crunchy grains of your choice. (https://www.minutobauli.it/en/home-2/)
Currently there are 14 locations across Italy located in Verona, Turin, Florence, Rome and Milan.

Your workplace will be in Manhattan at located at 866 Broadway, and you will be immersed in a diversity-aware environment.
As a Store Associate you will be supporting the store and Store Manager in defining and implementing mid-term organizational strategy:
DUTIES WILL INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
· Greeting and assisting customers in a warm and friendly manner, establishing a distinctive Italian atmosphere, and offering product recommendations based on customer preferences.
· Providing exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly,
· Sharing detailed knowledge of our products, including ingredients, preparation methods, and flavor profiles, to help customers make informed choices.
· Working on your feet for long periods of time in a fast-paced environment transitioning between tasks such as selling, baking, cleaning, processing transactions, and more.
· Taking customer orders accurately and efficiently,
· Baking and serving pastries, as well as preparing drinks,
· Always maintaining a clean and organized workspace,
· Operating and maintaining equipment,
· Receiving, stock, and organizing delivered goods.
· Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and create a positive work environment.

Key skills:
· Welcoming and confident in engaging with people
· Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle various customer requests
· Confident in operating a cash register and managing cash transactions.

· Experience in preparing and serving food and coffee products.
· Exhibiting a "growth mindset," consistently being proactive and forward-thinking.
· Passion for food, especially baked goods, and Italian pastries.
