Dynasty Dance Co. is a San Diego nonprofit on a mission to make dance accessible to every kid — most of our students attend on scholarship. Voted Best Studio in the College Area (2026), we're growing our enrichment program, bringing dance (all styles), pom/cheer, and tumbling directly to schools and preschools across the county.
We're hiring an organized, personable Outreach Coordinator to help us reach more campuses. You'll research schools that could be a great fit, build our contact lists, and help us open doors with principals, PTA/PTSA leaders, and program coordinators. This is a virtual role you can do on your own schedule — perfect for someone who's self-directed and believes in the mission.
Schedule: 5–10 hours per week, flexible
Pay: $17.75 – $19.00 per hour
Location: Remote / virtual
What you'll do:
- Research local schools, preschools, and after-school programs that could be a fit for our programming
- Build and maintain contact lists and track outreach in our spreadsheets
- Help draft and send warm intro emails to principals, PTA/PTSA leaders, and program coordinators
- Follow up on responses and keep our outreach pipeline moving
- Support scheduling and light coordination as new partnerships come together
What we're looking for:
- Comfortable with email, spreadsheets, and online research
- A warm, clear communicator who can represent a mission-driven organization
- Self-directed and reliable — you'll manage your own time
- Bonus: experience with schools, nonprofits, community outreach, or youth programs
- Familiarity with San Diego schools is a plus
