American Traveler is hiring a travel EEG Technologist for a 13-week assignment at a Magnet-designated, Level II Trauma acute care hospital in Alaska, requiring at least 2 years of experience and active REEGT certification.

Work in both an ambulatory EEG clinic (Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM) and provide 24-hour on-call hospital coverage 365 days a year

Acute care hospital setting with 407 staffed beds
-
3x12-hour variable day shifts, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM
-
On-call coverage is shared among the team, with approximately 1 weekend of call per month

Charting via Epic (experience required)

Scrubs are provided

Free parking on-site

Minimum of 2 years of EEG technologist experience

Current BLS and REEGT certification required

Proficiency with Epic EMR required

Active professional license required if applicable

Candidates must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position

Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning to this facility as a traveler

All travelers may be expected to float between facilities within the state; refusal to float may result in assignment termination
