Qualifications and Requirements
- Previous culinary experience is desired.
- Strong attention to detail
- Excels in a team environment and is viewed as a team player by all Team Members.
- A strong work ethic and desire to learn and grow.
- Elevated time management, organizational, and prioritizing skills
- Basic knife skills and kitchen equipment knowledge
- Must be able to obtain food safety certification
- Able to be self-motivated and work independently or as a team player
- Must be at least 18 years old
Physical Requirements
- Must have the sufficient mobility to perform assigned tasks, including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing and pulling for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift and transport food and other items weighing up to 30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds.
- Must be able to stand and/or walk for up to 10 hours during a single shift, while possibly navigating ramps, stairs, and elevators.
