Schedule: Split Shift Position
Tuesday–Friday:
7:00 AM – 11:00 AM AND
1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Saturday:
Full 8-hour shift
A split shift provides a built-in mid-day unpaid break between routes for rest, errands, appointments, or personal time.
What You’ll Do:
- Safely transport passengers along established routes and schedules.
- Provide respectful and compassionate assistance to passengers, including seniors and individuals with disabilities.
- Assist passengers with boarding, exiting, wheelchairs, walkers, and mobility devices.
- Follow safety procedures, complete vehicle checks, and report concerns promptly.
- Communicate with dispatch regarding routes, delays, and passenger needs.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and dependable vehicle.
What We’re Looking For:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid chauffeur’s license (or ability to obtain after hire)
- Safe driving record
- Reliable, dependable, and punctual
- Strong customer service skills and a compassionate attitude
- Comfortable driving in all weather conditions
- Ability to sit for extended periods and safely operate a vehicle
- Ability to assist passengers with mobility needs, including lifts and mobility equipment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform basic physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, and assisting passengers
- Ability to pass background check, FTA drug testing, and required physical exams
