As our Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a key role in keeping our properties safe, functional, and looking their best. Your responsibilities will include:

Performing routine maintenance and repair tasks across the property

Partnering with our property management team to maintain a clean, efficient, and welcoming environment

Being available for on‑call support, helping ensure our community is taken care of around the clock

A minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience — you’re confident with tools, repairs, and property upkeep

Preferred certifications: HVAC and CPO (not required, but a definite plus!)
