Your Mission
You’ll take full ownership of our custom home-building operations in our Central Ohio Market. This includes overseeing all custom home projects, ensuring they’re being managed appropriately by your team of project managers and being delivered on schedule and with high quality standards. This is a hands-on role that requires laser focus, solid organizational skills, and the ability to direct and lead your team effectively.
You will start as an On-Site Project Manager and, through your determination and results, position yourself to take over the senior leadership role where you will begin building the team who will work underneath you, managing all of their own projects. You will be in charge of not only overseeing all of the project managers and their homes under construction, but building out processes, onboarding and training programs to make your team and department the best in Central Ohio. You will work tirelessly to forge long-lasting relationships with the best subcontractors in the market who will deliver the highest-quality craftsmanship for our customers. You will be our main point person for all things Parry Custom Homes construction in Central Ohio - so get ready to saddle up and get your boots muddy with whatever needs done, whenever it needs done!

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead from the Front: Oversee contractors and project managers to ensure top-quality construction for custom-designed homes.
- Own the Schedule: Drive efficiency by managing a detailed construction schedule with precision and urgency.
- Demand Excellence: Train, inspect, and coach project managers and contractors to deliver results that exceed expectations.
- Engage Customers: Deliver an unparalleled custom home-building experience through direct communication with homeowners when you need to provide an extra layer of confidence and trust.
- Drive Success: Visit multiple job sites daily to ensure every aspect of construction is running smoothly and on time.
- Create Processes: Create the processes that will foster an iron-clad construction team.
