dmDickason is seeking a bilingual Safety Manager to support multiple client companies with workplace safety, OSHA compliance, workers’ compensation management, accident prevention, and risk reduction strategies.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on safety professional who enjoys solving problems, working directly with clients, and spending time in the field — not just sitting behind a desk.

What You’ll DoSafety & OSHA Compliance
- Conduct job site inspections and safety audits
- Ensure compliance with OSHA General Industry (1910) & Construction (1926) standards
- Identify workplace hazards and develop corrective action plans
- Assist clients with safety programs, policies, and procedures
- Maintain OSHA 300/300A logs and documentation
Workers’ Compensation & Claims Management
- Coordinate First Report of Injury (FROI) reporting
- Manage workers’ compensation claims and return-to-work programs
- Work with insurance carriers, adjusters, and medical providers
- Analyze claims trends and help reduce claim costs
Training & Client Support
- Conduct employee safety training and toolbox talks
- Deliver training in both English and Spanish
- Support clients with accident investigations and root cause analysis
- Help build strong safety cultures within client companies
Risk Management & Consulting
- Review loss runs and identify exposure trends
- Assist clients in reducing workplace injuries and liability
- Present recommendations to management teams
- Support overall risk management initiatives
Required Qualifications
✔ Bilingual English/Spanish
✔ 2+ years of safety, EHS, or risk management experience
✔ Knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety standards
✔ Experience with workers’ compensation and claims management
✔ Strong communication and client service skills
✔ Ability to travel locally to client job sites
Preferred Qualifications
➕ OSHA 30 Certification
➕ CSP, ARM, CHST, or related certifications
➕ Experience in construction, manufacturing, warehousing, or staffing/PEO environments
➕ Knowledge of Texas and New Mexico workers’ compensation systems
