What You’ll Do:
- Assist with daily living activities: personal hygiene, meal prep, medication management, and mobility.
- Foster independence by teaching communication, decision-making, and social skills.
- Advocate for individuals' rights and dignity.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and encouraging environment.
- Accurately document care, progress, and incidents.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license, vehicle registration, and insurance.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Patience, compassion, and strong interpersonal skills.
Schedule Options:
- Morning (8am-4pm) / Evening (4pm - 12am) / Overnights (12am-8am)
