Sage Salon and Spa isn't a place to rent a chair — it's a place to build a business. We're a 15-year-old, locally owned Long Beach salon suites (currently two locations) and we’re reinvesting heavily in our spaces. We are looking for beauty professionals — hair, skin, nails, lash, waxing, and massage — who already think like owners, not employees.
We built Sage on one belief: beauty professionals are business owners, not commodities. That shows up as 24/7 access, full control over your own pricing and schedule, towel service, high-speed WiFi, a coffee/snack bar for your guests, and newly renovated buildings and suites. It also shows up in something you won't find at most salons: real business mentorship, from an owner who's built and sold companies before this one.

Who we're looking for
- 3+ years experience in your discipline (hair, skin, nails, lash, waxing, or massage), with valid licenses, insurance, and required certifications
- An existing book of business you can sustain and grow
- Someone who wants to run their business better, not just work somewhere new
