Currently seeking a District Manager to lead our Southeast Market, including North Carolina and Tennessee.

What You'll Do
As a District Manager, you will have a direct impact on the performance and culture of your market. You will lead teams, develop talent, strengthen relationships, and ensure we consistently deliver on our sales, photography, and service expectations.
Lead & Inspire
- Lead teams to meet and exceed sales targets, photography standards, and service goals.
- Provide daily coaching, mentoring, and support to local Managers, Trainers, and Photographers.
- Motivate team members to perform at their best while creating a positive, accountable team culture.
- Identify and cultivate future leaders within the organization.
- Source, attract, and develop new talent to strengthen your market.
Build Relationships
- Serve as a key relationship builder between Mom365, hospital partners, and corporate teams.
- Interact with photographers and hospital clients with warmth, professionalism, and confidence.
- Develop strong relationships that support long-term hospital partnerships and market success.
- Partner cross-functionally with the Business Development Manager to support growth and customer relationships.
- Partner cross-functionally with our Talent Acquisition team to interview/hire the best photography staff and Field Leaders for your assigned market.
Drive Performance
- Monitor market performance and identify opportunities to improve sales, service, staffing, and photography execution.
- Help teams overcome challenges and turn opportunities into measurable results.
- Maintain the administrative responsibilities necessary to keep the market operating effectively.

The Rest of the Story
This is a remote, field-based leadership position that requires regular travel throughout the assigned market.
- Travel within the market may be up to 50%.
- Overnight travel may be required based on market needs and geography.
- The primary working environment is within hospital Mother/Baby units.
- Your home serves as your office environment.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills are essential.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is required.
- Must be technologically savvy and comfortable working with multiple systems.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays as business needs require.
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
- Previous B2B and/or B2C sales or service-related experience required.
- Experience with employee scheduling, interviewing, and hiring.
- Sales management experience, including coaching and training.
