About the Role
We are seeking a part-time candidate with the flexibility to work at all three of our locations in South San Francisco and Foster City. This role offers the potential to transition into a full-time position for the right candidate upon successful completion of training. While customer service experience is preferred, it is not required. Ideal candidates will be detail-oriented, possess strong communication skills, and be capable of delivering excellent patient care in a busy, fast-paced optometry office.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Pre-testing patients using automated equipment
- Answering phones and scheduling appointments
- Managing billing and filing
- Supporting other office tasks as needed
