Supervisor: MSH Coordinator
Qualifications: Relational, responsible, not easily riled
Hours required per week: Varies depending on shifts at an hourly rate
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Mentor/ role model
Communicate with Coordinator and change-of-shift staff regarding how your shift went and any concerns for the various individuals.
Responsible for keeping residents on task, enforcing schedule, rules, meds and helping with Life Skill time. (Planning meals, cooking, cleaning up etc.) Helping with evening classes and/or activities.
Supervise family visits. Involved in recreational activities and outings scheduled during your shift. (Building relationships through interactive activities).
