Schedule: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Position: Full-time Baylor RN

Workdays: Every weekend plus one weekday shift

Starting Pay: $29 per hour

Premium Pay: Baylor positions receive a 25% premium on their base pay rate including $3 weekend shift differential

As a Baylor RN at GlenFlora, you’ll be responsible for:

Administering and documenting medications and treatments with accuracy
-
Maintaining secure drug storage and medication rooms
-
Assessing and reporting changes in resident conditions
-
Performing essential procedures such as catheter care, dressing changes, and respiratory treatments
-
Supervising the nursing team and fostering a positive, supportive environment
-
Graduate of an accredited RN program or college
-
Current RN license in the state of North Carolina
-
CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
-
Preferred: 2 years of RN experience

Physical exertion including pushing, pulling, or lifting up to 35 pounds (occasionally up to 50 pounds)

Prolonged standing or walking, with occasional bending and reaching

Assisting in safe repositioning and transferring of residents
