Firehouse Subs is looking for a motivated and dependable Assistant Manager to help lead our 796 Beal Parkway team. If you love developing people, delivering great guest experiences, and keeping operations running smoothly, this is a great step toward restaurant leadership.

You will partner with the General Manager to help run the restaurant and ensure the team delivers a consistently great experience.

Lead and motivate team members during shifts

Train and coach staff to follow recipes, procedures, and hospitality standards

Assist with scheduling, inventory, food cost, and labor management

Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized restaurant

Ensure guests receive fast, friendly, accurate service

Support recruiting and onboarding of new hires

Uphold Firehouse Subs policies, safety standards, and brand culture

Step in to run shifts independently when the General Manager is not present

Promote Foundation initiatives and represent the brand in the community

Prior restaurant or retail shift-lead experience preferred

Strong communication and leadership skills
