About the Role:
The Clinician will provide individual and group therapy to clients dealing with addiction and/or mental health challenges. Our approach is empathetic, motivational, and collaborative, encouraging clients to take responsibility for their healing.
You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team, providing high-quality, ethical care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions
- Educate clients and families on addiction, mental health, and recovery
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold confidentiality
- Participate in team meetings and clinical supervision
- Coordinate care and referrals as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- 1+ years of clinical experience
- Strong understanding of mental health and substance abuse and co-occurring disorders
- Familiarity with IOP/PHP
- Professionalism, empathy, and a genuine desire to support recovery
