What You Will Do:
- Support critical trauma interventions by assisting physicians and RNs with life-saving procedures, ensuring every second counts during high-pressure resuscitation calls.

Execute rapid-response care during Code Blue and trauma alerts, providing the steady hands and technical support needed to stabilize patients in their most vulnerable moments.

Facilitate seamless clinical workflows by performing essential patient care activities under RN supervision, ensuring the department operates at peak efficiency for optimal patient outcomes.

Foster a culture of peer excellence by supporting the training and onboarding of team members, ensuring clinical standards and safety protocols are met across the unit.
What You Will Need:
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
-
Certified BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

One or more of the following required:
-
Licensed Emergency Medical Tech credentialed from the state of Wisconsin obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
-
Certified Medical Assistant credentialed from the American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
-
Certified Nursing Assistant credentialed from the state of Wisconsin, and in Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry with eligibility to work within a hospital setting.

Certified Home Health Aide credentialed from the state of Wisconsin.
Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent, and completion of a CNA, EMT, MA or HHA program required. Completion of medical terminology class preferred.
