We are seeking an experienced Clinical Liaison to join our team for LTAC (Long Term Acute Care Hospital) and IPR (In-patient Rehabilitation Hospital). This is an excellent opportunity for a clinically licensed professional who enjoys building relationships, educating referral partners, and helping patients access the appropriate level of care.
Essential functions: What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with physicians, case managers, discharge planners, and other healthcare referral sources.
- Educate referral partners on Carrus Health's programs and services (LTAC / IPR).
- Conduct patient assessments to determine admission appropriateness based on clinical criteria, insurance coverage, and patient needs.
- Coordinate seamless patient transitions into Carrus facilities.
- Grow your assigned territory through face-to-face business development and relationship management.
- Participate in networking events, community outreach, and educational programs.
- Meet monthly referral, census, and business development goals.
- Utilize strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills to overcome barriers and facilitate admissions.
Qualifications
- Active clinical license required:
- Registered Nurse (RN)
- Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
- Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP)
- Minimum of one year of successful healthcare marketing or sales experience required.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Basic to intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and current automobile insurance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Clinical Liaison experience in an LTAC, IPR, or other post-acute care setting.
- Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance reimbursement.
- Experience with inpatient rehabilitation or specialty hospital admissions.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
