Licensed Loan Partner

*Bilingual in Spanish/English is required for this position.*
Loan Partner Responsibilities:
- Ordering & following up on client verifications, title and escrow documents, and insurance binders.
- Supports LO by obtaining loan documents and providing clear communication to the team (LO, Processor, client, and agents) as to the status of these requests.
- Contributes to the team's marketing efforts by assisting with social media-related tasks as needed.
Work Hours & Benefits: The schedule is a little flexible, but 9-5 are the approximate hours. The position offers discretionary bonuses based on production.
