Position Title: Senior Credit Analyst, Corporate

Role Overview
This is a salaried non-exempt, full-time position targeted at 40 hours per week. The role is expected to be onsite. This role reports to Kathryn DeRosier, Credit Manager of Corporate Operations.
Core duties:
· Review aging report for San Marcos, Texas customers and act if Lien Rights are in question. Other states with similar responsibilities.
· Send Collection Notices to customers in the San Marcos, TX Office
· Perform data entry into the Textura and GC third party billing applications
· Process any Tax Adjustments (debit or credit) as required for customers
· Monitor and process orders that go on hold for credit approval and release once approved
· Perform Notary services for MLC customer accounts as needed
· Once approved by credit, Activate the job going live (Job Control) in Company ERP (Wood Pro)
· Once approved by credit, Activate the approved supplier going live in Company ERP (Wood Pro)
· Obtain Credit references from other companies as needed to validate credit worthiness of applicant
· Sign Waivers (Status update on Billing and Lien rights) once they are processed by Credit Analysts
· Establish/enter new accounts into Company ERP (Wood Pro)
· Use 3rd party platform to File Liens against active customers
· Send joint check agreements to customers. Perform follow-ups and file on Company LAN.
· Confirm with third party lenders that Customer has been approved for Construction Loans
· Close monthly activity in the Company ERP (Wood Pro)
Desired qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in credit and/or AR department, ideally in a supervisory position.
- Experience working within MLC’s credit operation, a plus
- Operating modality that aligns with our guiding principles
- Outstanding performer with proven administrative experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams and web-based software.
- Familiarity with Wood Pro, Textura, GC, Procore, G702, and G703 payment applications, a plus
- Strong data analysis, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to prioritize many urgent requests
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to interact with team members at all levels
- Growth mindset and “grinder” orientation
- Willingness to contribute to building an energetic and exciting organization
- 4-year college degree, preferred
Compensation:
The base compensation for this role varies depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include health insurance, a 401(k)-employer match and paid time off (PTO). The role does qualify for a discretionary bonus, based on organizational and individual performance.
Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
