Duties
- Handle cash, credit/debit card payments, and perform cash drawer balancing with precision.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly, answering questions, and assisting with product information.
- Maintain phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely, ensuring clear communication.
- Support in inventory management tasks such as stocking, inventory counts, and ensuring product availability.
- Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales environment is preferred, especially with cashiering duties.
- Proficiency in basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Strong communication skills coupled with excellent phone etiquette for engaging with customers professionally.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve a diverse customer base effectively.
- Demonstrated supervisory experience or leadership qualities are desirable for supporting team operations.
- Ability to handle cash handling responsibilities responsibly while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
