A background in hospitality, and customer service is desired for this position, with an emphasis on customer service. The ideal candidate will also possess an understanding of the components of alcoholic beverages, and the ability to develop drink recipes.
Responsibilities:
- Mix drinks according to recipes
- Handle and maintain inventory of alcohol and nonalcoholic beverages.
- Responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient bar area for customers.
- Display guest service-oriented attitudes and behaviors toward customers, co-workers, and supervisors.
- Be knowledgeable about product lines that are sold in the bar.
- Make recommendations to customers based on their drink orders/preferences.
