The Clinical and Translational Science Institute (CTSI) and its Clinical and Translational Science Award (CTSA) and companion Institutional Career Development Award represent a large NIH infrastructure grant to support clinical and translational research at the University at Buffalo (UB) and the Buffalo Translational Consortium (BTC) partner institutions under the leadership of the Director of the CTSI.
The Dissemination and Implementation Science Coordinator will provide operational, research, data, and evaluation support for the CTSI Dissemination and Implementation Science Core. This position will support consultations, trainings, toolkit development, workshop preparation, REDCap programming, survey development, literature reviews, data management, reporting, and evaluation activities. The position will also assist the Dissemination and Implementation Science Core in building relationships with investigators, clinical partners and community partners, to increase opportunities for implementation science research. Specific duties include:
- Track Dissemination and Implementation Science Core consultations, trainings, workshops, and technical assistance activities, including requests, investigator needs, deliverables, and follow-up.
- Support development of toolkits, templates, training materials, and workshop resources.
- Conduct literature searches related to implementation science, dissemination strategies, and evidence-based interventions.
- Contribute to evaluation of Dissemination and Implementation Science Core programs activities through development of surveys and data collection and analysis.
- Assist with building relationships with investigators, clinical partners, and community partners, and track participation, needs and feedback from partners
- Support dissemination activities, in collaboration with the Community Engagement core, including Science Cafes, plain language initiatives, and other community-facing dissemination of research.
