Ober Mountain is now hiring an experienced Maintenance Technician to work in our inside maintenance department. Must have 1-2 years of Maintenance experience, including HVAC, carpentry, and electrical experience. The schedule is full-time (40 hours a week) with some weekends and holidays.
Essential Functions Include:
- Prior maintenance experience required
- Carpentry, Plumbing, and Electrical experience required
- Painting experience required
- Good verbal communication
- Ability to lift 70lbs.
- Frequent climbing, balancing on narrow and slippery surfaces, climbing ladders, stairs, towers, and scaffolding, and power grasping
- Perform numerical calculations as well as some clerical skills
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods
The employee may be exposed to temperature extremes, humid and damp conditions, toxic and caustic chemicals, moving mechanical parts, confined spaces, increased noise levels, and occasional working at heights.
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
