Nakoa Kai Insurance Professionals, a leading Allstate agency in Hawaii, is growing and looking for a Life Insurance Sales Specialist to join our Hilo team.
This role is ideal for someone who wants more than just a sales job — someone who wants to help families protect their future, earn strong income, and grow within a high-performing, supportive team.
We are looking for licensed professionals with experience.
What you’ll do
- Help individuals and families protect what matters most through life insurance solutions
- Identify needs, educate clients, and recommend appropriate coverage
- Set and run appointments (in-person and phone)
- Work closely with our team to generate and follow up on leads
- Follow a proven sales process with training and coaching
- Build long-term client relationships through trust and service
