Responsibilities
⃠High quality food preparation focused on creativity
⃠Assist Executive Chef with planning, management, inventory and labor costs
⃠Supervises staff to insure cleanliness, organization and menu execution
⃠Trains, motivates and develops staff
⃠Ability to photograph food specials
Qualifications
- 3-5 years in similar management position
- Excellent guest service, interpersonal skills
