Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and safety-oriented Cessna Citation Sovereign Pilot to support a private Part 91 flight operation. This role requires a professional, discreet, and adaptable individual who is comfortable operating in a private aviation environment with dynamic schedules and high standards of service.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as Pilot in Command (PIC) or Second in Command (SIC) on Cessna Citation Sovereign aircraft under FAA Part 91 regulations
- Conduct all flight operations in compliance with FAA regulations, aircraft operating manuals, and owner-established procedures
- Ensure the highest level of safety, confidentiality, and passenger service at all times
- Perform comprehensive pre-flight and post-flight inspections and oversee all aspects of flight planning
- Monitor weather, NOTAMs, fuel planning, weight and balance, and aircraft performance
- Coordinate directly with aircraft owners, passengers, FBOs, and service providers
- Manage and coordinate aircraft maintenance, inspections, and discrepancies with approved maintenance facilities
- Maintain accurate aircraft records, flight logs, and regulatory documentation
- Assist with hangar coordination, aircraft cleaning, catering, and other operational needs as required
Qualifications
- FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) or Commercial Pilot Certificate with Multi-Engine and Instrument ratings
- Cessna Citation Sovereign (680) type rating preferred (or ability to obtain)
- Current FAA First or Second Class Medical Certificate
- Current instrument proficiency and flight review
- Valid passport with unrestricted international travel eligibility
Experience Requirements (preferred minimums)
- Total Time: 5,000+ hours
- Multi-Engine Jet Time: 2,000+ hours
- PIC Time: 1,500+ hours
- Prior Part 91 corporate or private aviation experience strongly preferred
