Job Summary
We’re looking for an electric, passionate Hot Pilates / Sculpt Instructor to lead high-energy, music-driven classes that challenge, inspire, and empower our community. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in front of a room, brings contagious energy, and knows how to motivate clients to push past limits while moving safely and effectively.
As a key member of our Pilates studio team, you’ll create dynamic, results-driven workouts that blend Pilates-inspired movement with sculpting and strength training, all while fostering a welcoming, inclusive, and uplifting studio culture. The ideal instructor brings confidence, technical expertise, and a genuine love for helping others feel strong, capable, and confident in their bodies.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead high-energy Hot Pilates / Sculpt classes that combine Pilates principles, functional movement, and strength-based sculpting.
- Create and adapt engaging class formats to accommodate all fitness levels while maintaining safety, flow, and challenge.
- Deliver clear, motivating instruction with upbeat energy that keeps members engaged, inspired, and coming back for more.
- Incorporate a variety of training styles and influences (such as athletic conditioning, dance-inspired movement, or sports-based coaching) to keep classes fresh and exciting.
- Educate participants on proper form, body mechanics, and mindful movement to maximize results and prevent injury.
- Actively monitor form and offer hands-on or verbal modifications and progressions throughout class.
- Build strong connections with members and contribute positively to the studio’s welcoming, community-driven atmosphere.
- Support studio initiatives by encouraging consistent attendance and enthusiasm for our classes and offerings.
Skills & Qualifications
- Current and valid Pilates certification (Mat or Comprehensive) and/or a recognized group fitness certification(NASM, ACE, AFAA, ISSA, or equivalent).
- Personal Training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or equivalent) strongly preferred.
- CPR/AED and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain prior to start date).
- Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and body mechanics with the ability to coach safe, effective movement in a heated environment.
- Experience leading group fitness classes, preferably Hot Pilates, Sculpt, or similar modalities.
- Confident program design skills with an emphasis on core strength, endurance, and functional movement.
- High-energy teaching style with excellent cueing, motivation, and stage presence.
- Background in personal training, yoga, dance, CrossFit, or athletic coaching is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for creating an inclusive, empowering studio culture.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
