**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Laboratory Technician to join our optical laboratory team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various task, manufacturing optical lenses, and maintaining the highest level of quality control. This role is essential in ensuring the integrity and compliance of our research and development processes.
**Responsibilities**
- Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment, adhering to quality control and industry standards.
- Ensure compliance with all ANSI regulations and maintain overall quality
- Participate in the development and implementation of new laboratory procedures and protocols.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift and move equipment and supplies as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
**Skills** (Nice to Have)
- Experience in a optical laboratory or industrial laboratory.
- Understanding of quality control principles.
- Familiarity with industrial laboratory settings.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
