Elm & Greene is a newly launched, chef-driven à la carte restaurant inside Heritage Greens Senior Living, and we're building a team of cooks who take pride in serving restaurant-quality food every day.
This isn't cafeteria food. Every entrée is cooked to order, every plate matters, and we're creating one of the best senior living dining experiences in North Carolina.
What You'll Do
- Prepare fresh, made-to-order meals with consistency and pride
- Work grill, sauté, fry, pantry, or prep stations
- Maintain a clean, organized, professional kitchen
- Work alongside a supportive leadership team that actually cooks with you
- Help us continue building something special from the ground up

Restaurant experience is preferred, but attitude and work ethic matter just as much.
Schedule
Flexible Full-Time and Part-Time positions available.
Morning, lunch, and dinner shifts available.
Weekend availability is preferred.
Competitive hourly pay based on experience.
