Sales Representative — Business Funding / Merchant Cash Advance (Long Island City, NY)
Pay: $75,000 – $150,000 per year (100% commission, uncapped — top rep earned $700,000 last year)

We're a direct capital partner to small businesses across the country, funding deals through 100+ private lenders across 19 platforms — one of the top business funding offices in the industry. Our products include Merchant Cash Advances, business term loans, lines of credit, equipment financing, and HELOC-backed loans.
We're opening a new hiring class and bringing on 50–100 Sales Representatives over the coming months.
The Role
You'll be calling business owners who already applied for a business loan — either through us or elsewhere — to see if they got funded, and if not, whether we can put together a better offer. These are warm leads, not cold calls.
As a Junior Associate, your job is simple:
- Get the business owner on the phone
- Qualify the deal and build rapport
- Get their bank statements and application submitted to your Team Leader
- Your Team Leader underwrites the file, structures the offer, and closes it — you get paid on every deal that funds
You focus on conversations and follow-up. Your Team Leader handles underwriting, offer structure, and the close. It's a team model built to get new reps producing fast.
Compensation
- 100% commission — no base salary
- Realistic Year 1: $75,000 – $150,000 for reps who show up, ramp, and work the phones
- Top performers Year 2+: $200,000 – $400,000+
- Top producer last year: $700,000 (5th year on the desk, started as a delivery driver)
- Monthly bonuses, residual income on repeat clients, and performance incentives on top
- We promote from within — junior reps can become Team Leaders inside Year 1
