Qualifications-
- Licensed as LSW or LPC
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree
- Valid driver’s license and daily access to insured automobile
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule

Responsibilities-
- Lead the divisional case management team. This includes providing guidance, direction, training, and supervision to case management staff.
- Provide supervisory backup for needs of foster parents and case management staff.
- Travel daily to provide in-home and community-based services to families and youth living throughout the greater Dayton area.
- Complete referral reviews and intake assignments.
- Coordinate with county agency as appropriate and attend family sessions.
- Coordinate and monitor service provisions for youth and family in the community and with school officials, courts and other appropriate parties involved with the client.
- Complete assessments and develop treatment plans.
- Complete timely documentation.
- Provide coverage for case management positions during absences and/or turnover.
