* develop players skills and assist in supervision of all practices and meets
* travel to all away meets on the bus
* assist in communication on a weekly basis to parents
* assist in developing practice plans and workout plans during the season and in the off season
* develop relationships with students, provide leadership and be a positive mentor
* Assist the head coach in any other coaching responsibilities for both the high school and middle school teams
