Commercial HVAC Project Manager

Employee-Owned Company | Commercial & Industrial Projects

Seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to oversee commercial and industrial mechanical construction projects from kickoff through closeout.

Responsibilities

Manage project schedules, budgets, and manpower
Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and clients
Review contracts, submittals, RFIs, and change orders
Track financial performance and project progress
Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget

Qualifications

5+ years of commercial HVAC project management experience
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and mechanical construction
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
