Our clinic offers advanced cosmetic treatments, including Botox®, dermal fillers, laser therapies, Morpheus8, microneedling, and other physician-supervised aesthetic services.
We are seeking a passionate, skilled, and experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing team on a part-time basis. If you have a strong aesthetic background, excellent injection skills, and a commitment to helping clients look and feel their best, we'd love to hear from you.
Position Overview
As an Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner, you will conduct consultations, develop customized treatment plans, and perform a variety of cosmetic procedures while maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations and review patient medical histories
- Perform detailed facial assessments and create individualized treatment plans
- Administer cosmetic injectables, including:
- Botox®
- Dermal Fillers
- Perform advanced aesthetic procedures such as:
- Microneedling
- Morpheus8
- Laser Treatments
- Serum therapy
- Educate patients regarding treatment expectations, risks, benefits, and post-procedure care
- Maintain accurate, compliant, and thorough medical documentation
- Follow all clinical safety, sterilization, and regulatory protocols
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes and retention
- Build long-term patient relationships through outstanding customer service and results
Required Qualifications
License & Certifications
✔ Active and unrestricted Tennessee Nurse Practitioner (APRN) License
✔ Current BLS/CPR Certification
✔ Formal training in:
- Botox® injections
- Dermal fillers
(Training must include both didactic and hands-on instruction from a reputable aesthetic training program.)
Experience
✔ Minimum 1 year of experience administering neurotoxins and dermal fillers in a medical aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, or med-spa environment preferred
✔ Strong understanding of facial anatomy, injection safety, and aesthetic treatment planning
✔ Excellent communication, consultation, and patient education skills
✔ Ability to work independently while maintaining sound clinical judgment
Preferred Qualification
✔Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist (CANS) or equivalent advanced aesthetic certification
✔ Experience with:
- Morpheus8
- Microneedling
- Laser treatments
- Medical spa consultations
✔ Familiarity with EMR systems and aesthetic practice workflows
✔ Proven ability to build patient loyalty and contribute to practice growth
