We’re looking for a Maintenance Technician (1099 contractor style) who’s handy, reliable, and knows their way around a toolbox. If you’d rather be patching up drywall than stuck sitting in an office, we’re on the same page.

- Flooring & Tile Installation
- Sheetrock Repair
- Light Carpentry Work
- General Maintenance
Who We’re Looking For:
- Experience
- Has reliable transportation
- Flexibility working evenings or weekends if needed.
