Courtyard by Marriott Bettendorf is looking for a FoodBeverage Supervisor to support all areas of the foodbeverage operation, including our bistro breakfast service, dinner service, and banquet events.
The ideal candidate is organized, hands-on, and enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Previous foodbeverage experience is preferred, with supervisory experience a plus.
Responsibilities Include:

Assisting with daily operations, supporting both front-of-the house and back-of-the house teams

Ensuring excellent guest service

Maintaining quality standards

Helping coordinate banquet funtions

Reliable and organized with attention to detail

Previous food service, banquet, or hospitality experience preferred

Flexible schedule, including weekends
