Berwyn Kia is looking for a qualified manager for our Service Department. Become part of the team with the hottest brand in the market today. We are looking for candidates that are professional and take customer service seriously.
Experience is a must. Must be able to provide structure and process to the service department. Ability to hold Service Writers accountable for Hours per RO and ELR is required. Will be held accountable for Service Gross Percentage, Tech Efficiency and Advisor CSI in addition to other duties.
