As the hiring coordinators for a Leading Medical Manufacturer in Dover we are now reviewing resumes for a dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join their production team in a clean, modern medical device production environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in producing high-quality products.
This is not a machine operator position. Instead, you'll work as part of a team performing light manufacturing, assembly, packaging, inspection, and production support duties.
What You'll Do
- Assemble small medical products following written work instructions.
- Package, label, count, and kit products for shipment.
- Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Perform repetitive hand assembly and production tasks.
- Maintain an organized and clean work area.
- Follow established manufacturing procedures and safety guidelines.
- Work on your feet for much of the shift while meeting quality and productivity expectations.

Experience That Transfers Well

- Manufacturing or production
- Assembly

- Kitting or order fulfillment
- Warehouse production
- Food manufacturing or food packaging
- Cosmetics or consumer products manufacturing
- Small parts assembly
- Retail stocking or merchandising
- Shipping and receiving
Training will be provided for motivated individuals with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
