Part-Time Server – Ferment & Fire

Ferment & Fire is looking for a professional, dependable Server who takes pride in providing an exceptional guest experience. We're looking for someone who works hard, communicates well, and thrives in a team environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing friendly, attentive service
- Building rapport with guests
- Managing your own section and comfortably handling up to 10 tables
- Running your own food and bussing your own tables
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe section
- Assisting other servers and supporting the team
- Pouring beverages when a bartender is not on duty
- Putting the guest experience first
Qualifications:
- Positive, professional attitude
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Open availability strongly preferred
- Previous serving experience required
- Experience with Toast handhelds is a plus
- Oregon Food Handler Card and OLCC Service Permit required
Part-time hours available, including evenings and weekends.

Pay: From $15.55 per hour
