Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Account Executive / Retail Account Coordinator to manage relationships with retail partners and support day-to-day order operations within the jewelry industry. This role involves account management, pricing coordination, order processing, shipment preparation, customer communication, and data entry. The ideal candidate is proactive, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for multiple retail accounts, providing customer support and account management
- Manage retailer relationships by responding to inquiries and ensuring timely resolution of issues
- Coordinate pricing, order entry, and product information for jewelry collections and customer orders
- Prepare and process jewelry orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery
- Monitor order status and communicate updates to retail partners as needed
- Maintain accurate records through data entry, inventory tracking, and account management systems
- Collaborate with internal teams including sales, warehouse, and operations to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Assist with resolving shipment discrepancies, pricing questions, and order-related concerns
- Ensure all retailer requirements, deadlines, and compliance standards are met
Qualifications
- Previous experience in account management, customer service, sales support, or order processing preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and data entry systems
- Experience in jewelry, retail, wholesale, or fashion industries is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
