Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Tennis Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in martial arts, physical education, and sports coaching. The role requires a passion for teaching and mentoring, as well as a commitment to helping students develop their tennis skills.
Duties:
- Teach tennis lessons to students of all skill levels, focusing on proper technique, strategy, and sportsmanship.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the needs and abilities of each student.
- Provide positive reinforcement and constructive feedback to promote student growth and improvement.
- Manage a variety of teaching environments, including tennis courts and health clubs.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the sport, including its rules, strategies, and safety considerations.
- Collaborate with other instructors and coaches to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
- Participate in tournaments and events to promote the sport and enhance the reputation of the organization.
Experience:
- Proven experience working with students of all ages and skill levels in tennis or a related sport.
- A background in martial arts, karate, or other physical disciplines is highly desirable.
- Experience teaching in a health club or physical education setting is a plus.
- Strong behavior management skills are necessary for maintaining a positive and productive learning environment.
- Familiarity with sports coaching and behavior management principles is highly beneficial.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour
