Job Title: RMA Coordinator
Department: Quality Assurance / Operations
Location: Irvine, CA
Scope:
Entry level position, (job training will be provided).
Under the supervision of the QA/Operations Manager, assist in return material authorizations, inventory tracking, and other duties as assigned.
Principle Responsibilities:
· Coordinate and process customer and vendor RMA requests from initiation to completion.
· Assist the QA Manager with daily tasks to enforce & maintain the AS9100 / ISO9001 quality management system regarding returned materials.
· Examine returned items for verification of conformance to specifications, identifying defects or damage.
· Document inspection and return results by completing reports and logs; summarizing findings; inputting data into the quality/inventory database.
· Acquire approvals from management to process RMAs, credits, and replacements.
· Communicate effectively with customers and vendors regarding the status of their returns and replacements.
· Contribute to documenting corrective actions based on return trends to ensure continuous improvement and overall customer satisfaction.
· Contribute to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment(s) by following standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
· Perform other reasonable additional assignments per direction.
· Use and apply AS 9100 procedures, processes, instructions and data collection as applicable.
· Performs other reasonable duties as directed by the Manager.
Requirements and Qualifications:
· Good interpersonal skills
· Excellent communication skills
· Computer experience with Windows, and Microsoft Office Suite.
