Seeking to fill a full-time property manager position. Must be both a self-starter and a team player. We operate a hybrid model combining elements of traditional apartment rentals and a long stay hotel. Previous experience in hotel or apartment management is helpful.
Remuneration will be commensurate with experience but $4,000 per month is a good guide. Optional housing for the individual (studio apartment only) available with a rent credit. Living at the property is not a requirement but an option. Please note that while the studio apartment can accommodate a couple it is not suitable for a family with children.
Our company is growing. We are acquiring more properties close to the waterfront in Palm Beach County and the Treasure Coast. Current property locations are in 33407 West Palm Beach, 34982 Fort Pierce and 33460 Lake Worth Beach.
