About the Role
Vidrio is seeking motivated and energetic Door-to-Door Fiber Sales Representatives to help bring high-speed fiber internet to communities across North Carolina. As our fiber network expands and new lines are installed, our team receives warm leads from neighborhoods where service has just become available—giving you the opportunity to speak with homeowners who can actively sign up for service.
This is an excellent opportunity for driven sales professionals who enjoy meeting new people, building relationships, and controlling their own income through uncapped commissions.
Responsibilities
- Visit homes in newly activated fiber service areas
- Engage with residents using provided warm leads and sales territories
- Educate homeowners on Vidrio’s fiber internet services, pricing, and benefits
- Conduct needs-based sales conversations and recommend the best package
- Complete customer enrollments accurately using company sales tools
- Maintain a positive and professional representation of the Vidrio brand
- Track daily activity, appointments, and sales performance
- Work with sales leaders to meet and exceed weekly and monthly goals
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience is preferred (door-to-door, retail, telecom, or customer service experience is a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a competitive mindset
- Comfortable walking neighborhoods and speaking with homeowners
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
